goRide has tried to keep things simple and make purchasing from us an easy decision. It doesn’t matter where you live in New Zealand, the cost of your delivery is based on the size of your purchased item.
You can buy as many items as you like and you will only pay for the largest item. (except if you are buying multiple large items. There we will be a small charge for each additional large item – $7.00)
You can find the the cost of delivery for every item in the description of the product. The total cost of your delivery will be shown at both the cart and checkout pages. Your item will be delivered to you by Courier Post and a signature will be required on receipt of your goods.
If you have any specific delivery instructions please let us know in the order notes on the checkout page which can be found under the ‘Ship to a different address’ column.
You are responsible for ensuring all information provided for delivery is accurate and complete (including any business name if shipping to a work address) so that goRide can efficiently and accurately fulfil the order. We do not take responsibility for any orders that you do not receive due to incorrect delivery information provided by you.
We all like our parcels to arrive quickly! You have purchased it, now you want it! At goRide we understand. We will have your items on the way to you at the latest the day following your order. With the exception of all weekend orders which will be couriered on the next working day (Monday). You can expect your item to arrive in 3-5 working days from the time of order.

If you have any concerns that your order may have gone astray then please get in touch and we will track your order.
Damage or loss in transit is rare however if it happens can you please keep the item and the packaging and contact us to let us know the problem at 0800 443377.
Also, if your goods have not arrived within the stated timeframe, we want to know about it.
goRide works hard to keep our site’s product availability updated however in some very rare instances another customer may have selected to purchase the same item as you at the same time. If this happens, we will notify you within one business day that we will not be able to deliver the goods in the usual delivery period. If it is an item that we cannot re-order we will give you a refund immediately; if it is an item we can re-order we will inform you of the new delivery time frame and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a refund.
