goRide currently only delivers to New Zealand addresses.
Nationwide Delivery

goRide has tried to keep things simple and make purchasing from us an easy decision. It doesn’t matter where you live in New Zealand, the cost of your delivery is based on the size of your purchased item.

Small item delivery : $3.00
Medium Item Delivery: $5.00
Large item delivery: $10.00
Oversize item: $20.00

You can buy as many items as you like and you will only pay for the largest item. (except if you are buying multiple large or oversize items. Then there is a per item charge)

You can find the the cost of delivery for every item in the description of the product. The total cost of your delivery will be shown at both the cart and checkout pages. Your item will be delivered to you by Courier Post or Fastway Couriers.

If you have any specific delivery instructions please let us know in the  order notes on the checkout page which can be found under the ‘Ship to a different address’ column.

Delivery Information

You are responsible for ensuring all information provided for delivery is accurate and complete (including any business name if shipping to a work address) so that goRide can efficiently and accurately fulfil the order.  We do not take responsibility for any orders that you do not receive due to incorrect delivery information provided by you.

Time of delivery

We all like our parcels to arrive quickly! You have purchased it, now you want it! At goRide we understand. We will have your items on the way to you at the latest the day following your order. With the exception of all weekend orders which will be couriered on the next working day (Monday). You can expect your item to arrive in 3-5 working days from the time of order.

Tracking your order

You can track your order using the tracking number emailed to you or if you have any concerns then please get in touch and we help track your order.

Damage to purchased item

Damage or loss in transit is rare however if it happens can you please keep the item and the packaging and contact us to let us know the problem at 0800 443377.

Also, if your goods have not arrived within the stated timeframe, we want to know about it.

Out of Stock

goRide works hard to keep our site’s product availability updated however in some very rare instances another customer may have selected to purchase the same item as you at the same time. If this happens, we will notify you within one business day that we will not be able to deliver the goods in the usual delivery period. If it is an item that we cannot re-order we will give you a refund immediately; if it is an item we can re-order we will inform you of the new delivery time frame and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a refund.

goRide wants your online shopping experience to be easy and successful.  We understand that when you buy online there can be some challenges making sure you get the right size, colour and style you want..

Therefore you may return the items bought online within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.  Items must be in there original condition. Please allow 5 to 7 working days for your refund to be processed.

How to Return or Exchange

Refund and Exchanges for all items that are (sized)  – Clothing – Gloves, Jackets, Pants,  goUnders, 3/4 Pants as well as Helmets all come with a return courier slip.

  • Please place your item back into its original packaging (or similar sized package)
  • Please take care to protect the garment/good when posting it back to us (include all labels)
  • Complete the return slip provided and place within your package
  • Attach the return courier slip to the package
  • Phone Courierpost 0800268743
  • Follow the voice messaging and arrange a pick up
  • Provide the address for the courier to collect

If exchanging these items for another size there is no additional charge. 

If you would prefer a refund then there is a charge for the cost of the return of $3.00 for any of the clothing items and $5.00 for helmets.  Therefore your refund will be the original price you paid for the item minus the cost to return the item using the original payment method.

Refund and exchanges for Bike Saddles (Seats)  – Terry’s saddles – goRide it and if it is not supporting you to SMILE then Return it.  This means you have time to use your saddle on your bike to make sure it is the right saddle solution for you.  If you contact us within 30 days you can return a saddle that is not working for you.  You will need to keep all packaging & have made the effort to protect the saddle while it is in your care for this trial period. Your saddle will come with a return courier slip.

  • Please place your item back into its original packaging (or similar sized package)
  • Please take care to protect the garment/good when posting it back to us (include all labels)
  • Complete the return slip provided and place within your package
  • Attach the return courier slip to the package

If exchanging for another saddle there is no additional charge. If you would prefer a refund then there is a charge of $5.00 for the return.  Therefore your refund will be the original price you paid for the item minus the cost to return ($5.00) using the original payment method.

Refunds and Exchanges for all other items purchased through goRide must be returned by you to:

Any exchanges will be sent to you free of charge. If you would prefer a refund you will be refunded in full using the original payment method.

Faulty Goods

At goRide we do our best to deliver the perfect riding product to you everytime you make a purchase from us. If, on the rare occasion, this does not occur we are very sorry.  Please contact goRide on 0800 443377 or e-mail hello@goRide.co.nz to let us know.  We will pay for all postage by sending out a post bag for you to return the product to us in. If available you can request a replacement or receive a full refund for the product.

In accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act -you must  check over your riding product carefully when it first arrives and you must have taken reasonable care of your product and used it for the purpose it was intended.
