Too many terms. Too much jargon! This will help.  A reference of bike riding/skill terms and words used within our stories and resources.  This is an active reference that will grow as we introduce new riding and skills within The goRide Way.

Chi  Riding

What is it?  Being relaxed, having less stress and tension when you ride. Riding efficiently.

Why do you use it?  It supports you – to use your riding to help you be well and allows you to become more efficient with your riding.
