These Terms and Conditions govern the use of goRides Saddle Trial. By participating in a Saddle Trial, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of the Terms and Conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the services of the Saddle Trial. You must show acceptance of these terms and conditions by ticking a box before you can complete an order of two or three trial saddles.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have legal capacity to contract in New Zealand. To complete the Saddle Trial transaction you are required to provide goRide with credit card details. You affirm that the credit card is issued in your name and that you shall pay to the issuer all charges incurred. goRide reserves the right to charge your credit card the full retail price plus shipping costs incurred if goRide is not contacted or the saddles are not returned within the trial period of 30 days. The 30 day time period will begin from the date of Saddle Trial Fee payment. We also reserve the right to charge for any damage incurred to the saddles while in your care.
GoRide agrees to the deduction of the Saddle Trial Fee only, (does not include shipping costs) from the resulting sale of one of the saddles provided in the Saddle Trial.
Our Delivery Policy applies for all saddles sent through our Saddle Trial. goRide currently only delivers to New Zealand addresses. You are responsible for ensuring all information provided for delivery is accurate and complete (including any business name if shipping to a work address) so that goRide can efficiently and accurately fulfil the order. We do not take responsibility for any orders that you do not receive due to incorrect delivery information provided by you. For further information see Delivery Policy.
Any return of goods is subject to goRides Returns Policy. goRide will provide a return courier bag for the return of a single saddle. It is expected that the saddle is adequately protected to avoid damage while in transit. To return more than one saddle please contact goRide for details. You must contact goRide within the 30 days of your Trial period to return saddles. You will need to keep all packaging & have made the effort to protect the saddles while in your care for this trial period.
