goRide only delivers to New Zealand addresses. Movement Clothing by our clothing brand LiveLifeMove (this includes our Bike goUnders – Padded Bike Underwear – can be delivered to Australian and USA addresses when purchased from the LiveLife Move website www.livelifemove.com

goRide has tried to keep things simple and make purchasing from us an easy decision. It doesn’t matter where you live in mainland New Zealand, the cost of your delivery is based on the size of your purchased item.

Delivery to your door

Small item = $6.00 

Medium item = $8.00 

Large Item = $15.00 

Oversize Item = $25.00 

You can buy as many items as you like and you will only pay for the largest item… 

Except if you are buying multiple large or oversize items. Then there is a per item charge.

The total cost of your delivery will be shown at both the cart and checkout pages.

If you have any specific delivery instructions please let us know in the notes on the checkout page which can be found under the ‘Ship to a different address’ column.

goRide does not provide shipping to New Zealand off shore islands (with the exception of Stewart Island). If you require shipping to an off shore New Zealand Island then please get in contact and we can provide you with a quote.

Address Information

You are responsible for ensuring all information provided for delivery is accurate and complete (including any business name if shipping to a work address) so that goRide can efficiently and accurately fulfil the order.  We do not take responsibility for any orders that you do not receive due to incorrect delivery information provided by you.

Time of delivery

We all like our parcels to arrive quickly! You have purchased it, now you want it! At goRide we understand. Where possible we will have your items on the way to you at the latest by the next working day. With the exception of all weekend orders which will be dispatched on Monday. You can expect your item to arrive within 3-5 working days from the time of order. Most small items will be delivered overnight once they are with the courier company.

Tracking your order

You can track your order using the tracking number emailed to you or if you have any concerns then please get in touch and we can help track your order.

Damage to purchased item

Damage or loss in transit is rare however if it happens can you please keep the item and the packaging and contact us to let us know the problem, email hello@goride.co.nz or phone 0800 443377.

Also, if your goods have not arrived within the stated timeframe, we want to know about it.

Out of Stock

goRide works hard to keep our site’s product availability updated however in some instances another customer may have selected to purchase the same item as you at the same time. If this happens, we will notify you within one business day that we will not be able to deliver the goods in the usual delivery period. If it is an item that we cannot re-order we will give you a refund immediately; if it is an item we can re-order we will inform you of the new delivery time frame and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a refund.

Returns

We have a returns process that suppports you to be happy with your purchase. 

30 days to return 

You may return the items bought online within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be in their original condition.

Choose to exchange or receive a refund

Exchange: We offer one free exchange with any sized items. You can exchange your item for a different size or style at no additional cost.

Refund:  A refund fee will be deducted from your original payment to cover the courier cost to return the item and a processing fee.
