goRide wants your online shopping experience to be easy and successful.  We understand that when you buy online there can be some challenges making sure you get the right colour, size and style you want..

Therefore you may return the items bought online within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange   Note: the refund is for the item/s and does not include the postage charges.

To return an item we ask that:

  • the garment/good has not been worn/used or washed.
    • goUnders – When you try on your goUnders for the first time you must wear some underwear to protect the surface of our chamois.  Once you are happy with the fit it is yours to wear against your skin.
  • all labels are attached
  • that you take care to protect the garment/good when posting it back to us. If concerned, please return via tracked courier mail to ensure its safety.

To return or exchange an item please make contact with goRide.  Let us know the problem and we will email you a return delivery slip that needs to be taped to the outside of the bag or box the item was sent in.  goRide will organise pick up of these items and notify you when they will be picked up.

If you do not have access to a printer we will post the return delivery slip.

If you are wanting to exchange let us know what item, size and colour you are after so that we can put it on hold for you.

Refunds

All refunds will be made via the process that you paid for them unless otherwise requested at the time of your refund application.  This means if you paid via credit card through PayPal we will credit your card. Please allow 5 to 7 working days for your refund to be processed.

Faulty Goods

At goRide we do our best to deliver the perfect riding product to you everytime you make a purchase from us. If, on the rare occasion, this does not occur we are very sorry.  Please contact goRide on 0800 443377 or e-mail hello@goRide.co.nz to let us know.  We will pay for all postage by sending out a post bag for you to return the product to us in. If available you can request a replacement or receive a full refund for the product.

Please check over your riding product carefully when it first arrives as the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act applies here.  You must have taken reasonable care of your product and used it for the purpose it was intended.
