goRide wants your online shopping experience to be easy and successful.  We understand that when you buy online there can be some challenges making sure you get the right colour, size and style you want..

Therefore you may return the items bought online within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. You will need to pay for the item to be shipped back to goRide.    If you are choosing to exchange your item goRide will happily ship the exchanged item back to you free of charge.

To return an item we ask that:

  • the garment/good has not been used or washed and is in the condition that you bought it.
    • Kids Padded Bike Underwear – goUnders – When you try on your goUnders for the first time you must wear some underwear to protect the surface of our chamois.  Once you are happy with the fit it is yours to wear against your skin.
    • Women’s Bike Saddles (Seats)  – Terry’s saddles – goRide it and if it is not supporting you to SMILE then Return it.  This means you have time to use your saddle on your bike to make sure it is the right saddle solution for you.  If you contact us within 30 days you can return a saddle that is not working for you.  You will need to keep all packaging & have made the effort to protect the saddle while it is in your care for this trial period.
  • all labels are attached
  • that you take care to protect the garment/good when posting it back to us. If concerned, please return via tracked courier mail to ensure its safety.

To return or exchange an item please make contact with goRide.  Let us know the problem and what resolution you would like;

  • a refund or
  • an exchange. If exchanging please lets us know the size and colour you are after. goRide will happily cover the shipping costs to send your exchanged item to you.

All refunds will be made via the process that you paid for them unless otherwise requested at the time of your refund application.  This means if you paid via credit card through Stripe or paypal we will credit your card. Please allow 5 to 7 working days for your refund to be processed.

Faulty Goods

At goRide we do our best to deliver the perfect riding product to you everytime you make a purchase from us. If, on the rare occasion, this does not occur we are very sorry.  Please contact goRide on 0800 443377 or e-mail hello@goRide.co.nz to let us know.  We will pay for all postage by sending out a post bag for you to return the product to us in. If available you can request a replacement or receive a full refund for the product.

In accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act -you must  check over your riding product carefully when it first arrives and you must have taken reasonable care of your product and used it for the purpose it was intended.
