goRide wants your online shopping experience to be easy and successful. Â We understand that when you buy online there can be some challenges making sure you get the right size, colour and style you want.
Therefore you may return the items bought online within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition. Please allow 5 to 7 working days for your refund to be processed.
How to Return or Exchange
Returns and Exchanges for all items that are sized – All Riding Clothing – goUnders, 3/4 Pants Riding Tops, Gloves, Jackets, Pants, as well as Helmets and Protective Padding can be exchanged for another size at no additional charge.Â
If you would prefer a refund then there is a charge for the cost of the return (to cover the courier and processing fee) of $8.00 for clothing & protective padding and $10.00 for helmets. Therefore your refund will be the original price you paid for the item minus the cost to return the item. The refund will be made using the original payment method.
Returns Process:
Please contact goRide via email, hello@goRide.co.nz, include your order number and the word RETURN in the subject line and we will send a prepaid courier label back to you via email with instructions for contacting the courier. Please include the completed returns slip (you receive this slip with your original purchase) with your item.
Refund and exchanges for Bike Saddles (Seats) – goRide it and if it is not supporting you to SMILE then Return it. This means you have time to use your saddle on your bike to make sure it is the right saddle solution for you. If you contact us within 30 days you can return a saddle that is not working for you. You will need to keep all packaging & have made the effort to protect the saddle while it is in your care for this trial period.Â
Returns Process

If exchanging for another saddle there is no additional charge. If you would prefer a refund then there is a charge of $10.00 for the return. Therefore your refund will be the original price you paid for the item minus the cost to return. The refund is made using the original payment method.
Refunds and Exchanges for all other items purchased through goRide. You are responsible for the cost to return all other items. Please make sure the item is in original condition, packaged & protected well. The return address is

Any exchanges will be sent back to you free of charge. Faulty Goods
At goRide we do our best to deliver the perfect riding product to you everytime you make a purchase from us. If, on the rare occasion, this does not occur we are very sorry.  Please contact goRide and to let us know. If available you can request a replacement or receive a full refund for the product.
In accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act -you must check over your riding product carefully when it first arrives and you must have taken reasonable care of your product and used it for the purpose it was intended. Â
