These Terms and Conditions govern the use of goRides website. You can access these Terms and Conditions at any time at the bottom of any page on the website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of the Terms and Conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site. You must show acceptance of these terms and conditions by ticking a box before you can complete a purchase from goRide.
goRide reserves the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of, or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have legal capacity to contract in New Zealand. Our prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include 15% GST (Goods and Services Tax). You can pay for your goods by the following payment methods:
- Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard). goRide offers the choice of Stripe or Paypal to securely process and manage credit card transactions
- Afterpay.
- By direct bank transfer into the provided goRide bank account.
goRide reserves the right to alter pricing, though makes every reasonable effort to provide accurate up to date pricing information on our website. Â In the event of a pricing error goRide reserves the right to cancel any orders placed on our online store.

goRide makes every reasonable effort to display and provide information on products as accurately as possible, so you can make good buying decisions. However, the equipment you use to view our website may impact on the display of our products. We do provide a 30 day money back guarantee for any such inconveniences.
goRide currently only delivers to New Zealand addresses. Â You are responsible for ensuring all information provided for delivery is accurate and complete (including any business name if shipping to a work address) so that goRide can efficiently and accurately fulfil the order. goRide Competitions
All / Any currently running competitions are subject to change without notification. The duration of the competition will be dependant on the given competition and all details pertaining to any competition will be outlined within the competition.
goRide will make all competition draws available to all valid entries except to goRide staff. A valid entry will need to meet all entry requirements. The draw for any competition when completed will be selected via random selection from those validated entries that have been received by the given deadline.
Winners of goRide competitions will be contacted within 1 week of being announced as the winner of that particular promotion. If the prize does not get claimed within a month of initial notification goRide will have a re-draw and the prize will go to another randomly selected winner or the runner up whichever is appropriate or applicable to the competition.
All elements of any prizes are non refundable, non transferable or redeemable for cash
