Exchange at no additional cost
To ensure you get the right size and style of clothing, goRide offers
- One free exchange on all sized items. You can exchange your item for another size or choose a different style at no additional cost. We cover the cost to courier the item back to goRide and then we will send out your exchange

Note: You will need to pay or be refunded for any difference in price when choosing another style.

Size Guides
You can have a high level of confidence that you will purchase the correct size when you use our thorough, accurate and tested size guides. goRide experiences a very low level of size exchanges.

Understand what you need to consider when purchasing so you can get the right solution for you. Support, advice and your options.
Return for a Refund
If it is just not right for you, you can return your item within 30 days of the purchase using our easy to use returns process and receive a refund. Items must be in their original condition.
Refund Fee – a refund fee will apply to all refunds to help cover for the courier cost and a processing fee.
