Bags attach to front triangle of bicycle frame (top tube and stem). Depending on model, bag sits on, or is placed over top tube. 1. Fasten strap at front of bag around stem. 2. Fasten strap/s under top tube. Adjust and tighten straps as necessary. It's that easy!
