Our clothing brand LiveLife Move produces in small runs of limited numbers.  This style of manufacturing is much better for the environment but it can mean you miss out on colours, prints or patterns you like.

Pre-ordering allows you to buy an item that hasn’t been created yet. You do have to wait to receive it but we believe this makes the buying experience a unique & special one.

How to Pre-Order

Simply buy the item like you normally would – Choose your size and colour, and when you have what you want in your cart… pay like any other online transaction.

The difference with pre-ordering is that now you wait.  When a garment on pre-order is purchased we will get an alert that starts our process

1.  We cut the size & colour you have chosen
2. The limited pre-order period finishes and we collect together all our pre-orders to send them off to our amazing machinists in Wakefield, just outside of Nelson.
3. Two to three weeks later your garment will be ready to send out.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if I brought a pre-order garment with other things, will I have to wait for all my items?  No, we will send your normal items straight away and the pre-order once it’s ready but you will only pay for shipping once.

Can I return or exchange pre-order items?  Yes, you will have 30 days from the day of delivery to return for a refund, or exchange your item.  Please be aware that an exchange for the same pre-order pattern, colour or print may not be possible.

After a pre-order has closed we may or may not have enough fabric to complete a normal production of sizes.  Pre-ordering allows you to receive a garment before it becomes available in our online shop and not all sizes are subsequently made, which often makes what you ordered very unique.
