To support successful online shopping we offer you services and support so you can ensure you will purchase bike gear that fits and functions well for you. Please read all emails sent through to you post purchase – they are packed with helpful information!
Size Guides
You can have a high level of confidence that you will purchase the correct size when you use our thorough, accurate and tested size guides. goRide experiences a very low level of returns or exchanges. This is something we have worked very hard at.

To ensure you choose the right style of clothing for your body goRide has a number of different style guides to step you through your options and help you with your decision making.Â

Return for Exchange – no additional cost
To ensure you get the right size, colour or style of clothing, goRide offers
- One free exchange on all sized items. You can exchange your item for another size, colour or choose a different style at no additional cost. We cover the return courier cost and then we will send out your exchange

Note: If your exchange item is a different price you will need to pay the difference, or you will be refunded any difference.
Return for a Refund
If it is just not right for you, you can return your item within 30 days of the purchase, this includes our Saddle. Use our easy to follow returns process and receive a refund. Items must be in their original condition.
Refund Processing Fee – a refund fee will apply to all non Bike goUnder returns. This fee covers some of the return courier cost and includes a small re-stock & processing fee. This Refund Fee does not apply to Bike goUnder sales. We are so confident your Bike goUnders will be comfortable and fit well that we do not expect you will want to return them – if you do we will not charge you.
