goRide has tried to keep things simple and make purchasing this service from us an easy decision.

Delivery Information

You are responsible for returning your goUnders to us.  Please send them to the following address;

Please place a note in with your goUnders including your name return address and contact phone number,

goRide Chamois Replacement Service, 56 Stanley Crescent, Beachville, Nelson 7010.

Once your goUnders have a new chamois we will notify you via email and return them to the address provided at time of return. It doesn’t matter where you live in New Zealand, we will pay shipping to return your goUnders to you.

Chamois Choice

goRide wants your Chamois Replacement Service experience to be easy and successful.  Therefore you need to take some time now to choose the correct chamois.  You can simply replace the type of chamois you currently have with the same one. When designing our goUnders we chose a chamois that we believe is the best match. You can choose a different chamois style if you intend to use your goUnders differently.  We will use gender & age matches e.g  You can not put an adult chamois into a pair of Kids goUnders.

You may or may not remember what kind of chamois you originally purchased, it doesn’t matter.  The easiest way to identify what you have now is by colour. Please read through the following table below to understand what chamois you are choosing.

Assessment on Arrival

This service is a chamois replacement service not a garment repair service.  We will assess your goUnders on arrival and endeavour to replace the existing chamois to provide you with a garment that will perform.  If we deem that the chamois can not be replaced without damaging your garment we will give you a full refund on the service that you purchased and an explanation will be provided.

Time of delivery

We understand that you don’t want to go for a long period of time without your goUnders. Once we have received your goUnders we will have them back to you within 7 to 10 working days.
