Our Womens Capri’s selection are all made from a mixture of synthetic and stretch fabrics which gives a great four way stretch so that you will be comfortable and able to move freely. All our Womens Capri’s have a cycling chamois sewn into the crutch.
To get the right size you need to know your waist & hip measurements. The best way to measure is with a tape measure. If you don’t have a tape measure use a piece of string or some wool then lay this out along a ruler.
Firstly you will need to find your waist.
To find the natural crease line of your waist, stand straight with hands at the side. Then bend sideways running the hand down the outside surface of the leg. This movement will produce a crease at the waist so place your measuring tape on this crease. Return to standing straight and place the tape measure around your waist at your crease point (usually the narrowest part of your torso).
Your hip measurement is found… approximately 18cm down from the waist. Let the measuring tape fall down your body to the floor to find the 18cm mark. Move the measuring tape to this point then wrap it around your body. Make sure it is straight all the way around.

The best way to measure is with a tape measure. If you don’t have a tape measure use a piece of string or some wool then lay this out along a ruler. You must do both measurements so that you have all the information you need to make a good decision about which size is right.
The measurements are in order of importance. Base your size for the glove primarily on your child’s finger length measurement. You may need to go up a size if there palm length or circumference is a larger size you must not go down a size.
Finger Length – from the crease at the base of your middle finger to the tip of your middle finger– see photo
Palm Length – from the lines created by your wrists to the base of your middle finger – see photo
Palm Circumference – from the base of your little finger around the base of your index finger and back to your little finger (right around your knuckles) – see photo
See the size chart below to help with choosing the most comfortable size. The main measurement to determine your size will be the finger length. These gloves are meant to fit snugly and not interfere with grip – so you should go for a size that will be firm.

Womens goUnders are made from Power Supplex 89% and Lycra 11% which has a great four way stretch so that you will be comfortable and able to move freely. All our Womens goUnders have a cycling chamois sewn into the crutch.

How to find your hip measurement
Firstly you will need to find your waist. To find the natural crease line of your waist stand straight with hands at the side. Then bend sideways running the hand down the outside surface of the leg. This movement will produce a crease at the waist so place your measuring tape on this crease. Return to standing straight and let the measuring tape fall down your body to the floor.The best way to measure is with a tape measure. If you don’t have a tape measure use a piece of string or some wool then lay this out along a ruler.
Your hip measurement is found… approximately 18cm down from the waist. Move the measuring tape to this point then wrap it around your body. Make sure it is straight all the way around.
See the size chart below to help with choosing the most comfortable size. If your measurement is close to or right between sizes think about what this product is meant to do – hold a chamois in place. Does your body shape continue straight down? Or below where you took your hip measurement, do you continue to curve out? If you tend to be more straight up and down choose the smaller size, if you are curvy go for the next size up.

Make sure when you try on your goUnders for the first time you wear some underwear to protect the surface of our chamois. Once you are happy with the fit it is yours to wear against your skin. To get the best possible position for your chamois hold your goUnders at the front & back, not the sides as you pull them on.
