The Recreation Health/Prostate ‘Specific Comfort Pad’ is a soft, wide, cushioning recreation pad that provides great support under your sit bones. The large central cut out is the best option we could find for prostate issues.
Feel: Performance stretch fabric with soft cotton feel and medium compression onto the body. Special care has been taken with the shape of the underwear to allow support and comfort when pedaling.

- Covering your hip, butt area and extending to the upper thigh – inside leg 4cm
- Sizes Small – Large:Â the waistband is created with a double layer of fabric and thin elastic at the top edge to give a sense of secure placement while still being comfortable. For these sizes the waistband is designed to sit level all the way around the body at a point considered to be the low hip.
- Sizes XL – 3XL: the waistband elastic is wide for comfort under your stomach, encased within a double layer of fabric. Low at the front to avoid cutting in and sitting high on the body at the back.

They are padded cycling underwear designed to be worn under your clothing so you can be comfortable when you ride on the seat of an indoor bike or on easy outdoor trails.
Ideal for use when recovering from an operation, training on an upright indoor bike or for any issues with your prostate - enlargement or surgery. The Health/Prostate Pad gives a great level of cushioning through the rear and space centrally.
Best used for short ride times. Please note anyone recovering from surgery e.g hip or knee or with Prostate issues should only be spending very short periods of time on a bike (less than 30 minutes). Please consult with your doctor or a medical professional.

The Bike goUnders are made from a performance fabric called Re-Activate (nylon with 14% elastane) giving you a great fit with ease of movement - 4 way stretch. A firmer/stronger fabric known for its 'hold in' sensation, giving great support, as the fabric has a medium lift and compression effect. It is long lasting (durable) and doesn't shrink, pill, fade, or lose it's shape - 290gsm which is a leading weight for quality performance fabrics
The dyes are bluesign® approved for responsible & sustainable fabric production and the fabric, including the chamois fabric, is OekoTex® 100 Certified for harmful substances. Giving you a product that is not only functional and high quality but at the forefront of an environmentally conscious manufacturing process
Italian made speciality padding/chamois (by Elastic Interface) provides thick, soft rear protection with high density foam padding at key touch points with your saddle.
Easy to care for, Bike goUnders can be machine-washed on a low to cold setting
