How to Measure for Correct Size
Womens Full Brief goUnders are made from EmPower Supplex 89% and Lycra 11% which has a great four way stretch so that you will be comfortable and able to move freely. All our Womens goUnders have a cycling chamois sewn into the crutch.
To get the right size you need to know your waist & hip measurements. The best way to measure is with a tape measure. If you don’t have a tape measure use a piece of string or some wool then lay this out along a ruler.
How to find your waist measurement … Firstly you will need to find your waist. To find the natural crease line of your waist stand straight with hands at the side. Then bend sideways running the hand down the outside surface of the leg. This movement will produce a crease at the waist so place your measuring tape on this crease. Return to standing straight and wrap the measuring tape around your body at your waist point. Take care to keep the measuring tape at the same height all the way around your body.
Your hip measurement is found… approximately 18cm down from the waist. From where you took your waist measurement let the measuring tape hang down the length of your body. At approximately 18cm wrap the tape around. Everyone has a different shape so try to find the widest part of your body.
I measure between sizes.
Please consider what this product is meant to do – hold a chamois firmly in place. The underwear stretches to fit onto your body so for comfort we would recommend the larger size. If you prefer a more relaxed waist fit/feel we also recommend a larger size.
My hip & waist measurements are different sizes.
Again think about what this product is designed to do. The fit is firm so we would suggest going with the larger of the two sizes you measure at especially if the larger size is your waist measurement.
