Elbow Pad Measurements
Find the widest part of your bicep circumference and measure aound your arm at this point.
To get the right size elbow pad you need to know your upper arm measurement.
The best way to measure is with a tape measure. If you don’t have a tape measure use a piece of string or some wool then lay this out along a ruler.
UPPER ARM MEASUREMENT – Firstly you will need to find the widest point of your upper arm (bicep). This measurement is a relaxed arm circumference, relax your hand and measure with a close to straight elbow…(your bicep needs to be relaxed not tensed). Place the tape measure around your bicep at the widest point (above elbow), making sure it is horizontal all the way around your arm.

- This product is designed to fit securely over your elbow – a size that is too small will restrict your ability to move your knee.
- Both the knee & elbow pads have velcro strapping to assist with good fit.
