Knee Pad Measurements
Find the point that is: for adults 10cm above knee cap or youth 7com above the knee cap.
Measure around the thigh at this point
To get the right size knee pad you need to know your thigh measurement.
The best way to measure is with a tape measure. If you don’t have a tape measure use a piece of string or some wool then lay this out along a ruler.
THIGH MEASUREMENT Firstly you will need to find the point 10cm above the top of your knee cap – adult. This measurement is 7cm for youth. Place the tape measure around your thigh at this point (above knee cap), making sure it is horizontal all the way around your leg.
See the size guides below to help with choosing the most comfortable size. If your measurement is close to or right between sizes think about a couple of things…
- This product is designed to fit securely over your knee – a size that is too small will restrict your ability to move your knee.
- Both the knee & elbow pads have velcro strapping to assist with good fit.
