This seat is suitable for a first child seat and will support your family riding right through to when you and your child are ready for the next family riding solution. The seat clamps onto a bike carrier in seconds and thus is very easy to mount onto your bike carrier and switch between bikes ( as long as they also have a suitable bike carrieri). The Carrier Mount Kids Bike Seat is safe for 1-6 years old and up to maximum weight of up to 22kg.

A Carrier Mount Rear Bike Seat has an adjustable clamp that attaches to your bike carrier. It is super easy to attach.Â

Will it fit your bike?
The fit of this seat is dependent on you having a rear bike carrier that is securely attached to your bike and must be compatible with the bike seat. It must meet the following criteria:
Bike Carrier Compatibility
The carrier mount Rear Kids Bike Seat will fit on any bike as long as it has a compatible bike carrier.
Compatibility is based on the width of the carrier and load capacity.
The width of the bike carrier needs to be between 110mm-170mm for the clamp to attach to the rails.
The carrier must be able to carry a load of greater than 22kg (seat weight + child). Mid weight carriers usually take a maximum of 26kg.

Width of carrier must be 110-170mm and have a load capacity of greater than 22kg.
