Slowly increase your time on the bike
Increasing the time you spend on the bike puts a strain/load on your body. To be comfortable as you ride more you need to give your body the time to adapt and cope with this increased strain. We need you to manage this increasing load. You need to gradually increase the time on your bike and listen to your body to know when it is ready for more riding. Many riders can suffer on their saddle and it can limit their biking.
