Womens goUnders are made from Power Supplex 89% and Lycra 11% which has a great four way stretch so that you will be comfortable and able to move freely. All our Womens goUnders have a cycling chamois sewn into the crutch.
To get the right size you need to know your hip measurement. The best way to measure is with a tape measure. If you don’t have a tape measure use a piece of string or some wool then lay this out along a ruler.
How to find your hip measurement
Firstly you will need to find your waist. To find the natural crease line of your waist stand straight with hands at the side. Then bend sideways running the hand down the outside surface of the leg. This movement will produce a crease at the waist so place your measuring tape on this crease. Return to standing straight and let the measuring tape fall down your body to the floor.The best way to measure is with a tape measure. If you don’t have a tape measure use a piece of string or some wool then lay this out along a ruler.
Your hip measurement is found… approximately 18cm down from the waist. Move the measuring tape to this point then wrap it around your body. Make sure it is straight all the way around.
See the size chart below to help with choosing the most comfortable size. If your measurement is close to or right between sizes think about what this product is meant to do – hold a chamois in place. Does your body shape continue straight down? Or below where you took your hip measurement, do you continue to curve out? If you tend to be more straight up and down choose the smaller size, if you are curvy go for the next size up.

Work out where on your handlebars you would like to position your Knog Oi. (you will need a space of 15mm). Positioning your bell near your handlebar grips will make easy access to your bike bell.. to let them know your are coming. Workout if you need a small or a large Knog Oi by measuring your handlebar diameter or handlebar circumference.

Make sure when you try on your goUnders for the first time you wear some underwear to protect the surface of our chamois. Once you are happy with the fit it is yours to wear against your skin. To get the best possible position for your chamois hold your goUnders at the front & back, not the sides as you pull them on.
