The Rear junior Bike Seat is a great investment offering a solution to ride with your child in an urban commuting environment. This seat normally attaches to a mounting bracket/adaptor (sold with the seat) that clamps onto a bike carrier. It is suitable for children 4 to 10yrs. The Junior takes a maximum weight up to 35kg.
The recommended age is 4years+ as the seat only has a lap belt for securing your child. It is against the law in New Zealand to carry a child on a bike if they are not wearing a helmet.

Seat Post – Frame Mounting
The Rear Junior can also be attached to your bike frame via a clamp that is positioned on your seat post tube. You will require 12.5cm of clear space high on your seat post tube for attachment. Please check availability of clamp….
