Thule Bike Trailers are more than just a trailer that you attach to your bike. They are designed to be used for a variety of recreation activities, in a variety of environments. You have your extremely well designed bike trailer and you attach specific kits to make this trailer suitable for the activity you are choosing to enjoy. Thule Bike Trailers can be converted to a Stroller by using the Stroller Kit or a Jogger using the Jog Kit. They can also convert for cross country skiing by using the Skiing Kit.
Important to Note: To make your bike trailer safe to use as a stroller and a jogger from a very early age you will need to purchase additional seat supports.

- Baby Head/Neck Support (6-18 months) to attach to the trailer seat.

Feature: Components to support a safe & comfortable ride
Adjustable handlebars: When using as a stroller or for jogging the adjustable handlebars allows you to adjust the height to suit your size and maintain a good posture.
Suspension: A more comfortable ride and a reduction in vibration for your child/children. The importance of suspension increases when you begin walking/riding/jogging off-road.
Protection from different weather conditions:
Ventilation – adjustable vents to optimise air flow and control temperature.
Sun shield – protection from the sun and sun strike.
Waterproof cover – allows you to walk/ride/jog in a wider variety of weather conditions. Provides safety and comfort if you get caught out in weather.
Reclining seat – Ability to recline the back of the kids seat, making it easier to get the kids into and out of the buggy. Good feature when using as a stroller/jogger for infants and you are wanting a more reclined position for sleeping. Note they do not recline to a horizontal position.
Brakes – A foot activated brake secures the trailer when stationery. A hand activated brake provides you with increased control and the ability to brake during an activity.
Padding in the seat – Additional padding can be purchased to provide both safety and comfort for using your Thule Trailer in any of the modes. The seat of the Sport Trailer comes with great padding for comfort from 12months plus. You can purchase additional padding if using as a stroller and jogger under 12-18months. Storage Capacity: Designated storage makes a Bike Trailer a great option for carrying extra gear. Both the Off-Road and the Sport Trailer have designated storage making these two trailers a great option for commuting and touring.
On-board storage: Storage of additional activity kits (not in use) makes it easy for changing between activities while out and about. All the Thule Trailers have on board storage to have easy ability to change between the stroller and the bike trailer. The Off Road and Sports Trailer with designated space provide on board storage for the jog kit as well.
Compact Fold: A trailer that compacts down well makes it easier to transport to and from a destination as well as store at home if not in use.
Weight of the Trailer: A lightweight trailer makes it easier to transport to and from a destination and manoeuvre about.
